Don't you just wish that the wild herps you want to PHOTOGRAPH would just stand STILL.

Here's another herp from the new property. My husband and I saw about a dozen of these, but this was the only one I got close enough to take a picture of.

Not sure what kind of whiptail this is... Giant spotted? Chequered? Chihuahuan? Sonoran? The picture was taken near the Harquahala Valley, just north of the Palo Verde Foothills in Arizona.
