I had a friend who used to live in Reno,NV and he would go over into California and find rubber boas. He was very knowledgeable and a competant keeper. But most of the rubber boas he tried to keep--regardless of size--wouldn't feed for him and he had to release them. He was finding them only about 45 minutes from his home but for some reason he had problems keeping them. Is that typical?
Thanks,
Carl
