I've noticed a trend nowdays especially with captive breeding nowdays to select for completly split triads and all the tri-colors are starting to look exactly the same.A friend of Buzz once sent him a photo of what he thought was the "perfect" CB pyro.Buzz then showed my cousin and I the photo and asked us what it was. We have caught pyros all oover Az. but you should have heard us guessing..thayeri? ..temporalis?...arcifera?..Buzz had a good laugh


I have hundreds of zonatas. I have to give away the high black ones when they are hatched. Nobody seems to want them. They never sell. Now if the snake had no red that would be a different story. I also find them all attractive. But put a nice brightly, well spaced red one, and one like in the picture, and see which one go's away. Sad it has to be this way, but thats the way it is. I do like the animal, but all I am saying is that I don't think you will get a bunch of people running over to catch them if you state the local.
