I have 5 females in each of my tubs therefore I have babies in there almost constantly from the different moms. I pull all but 2 from each litter (unless I get too many and then I pull all or raise all) to feed to my MHDs and hoggies. The MHDs eat pinkies, the male hog eats fuzzies, and the female hog eats small hoppers so by keeping 2 from each litter I almost always have the right size to feed each and the MHD females, all 7 of them, get the bulk of my excess before it gets big enough to become true surplus. I have not encountered any problems yet and if you look in any tank there will be 1 or 2 each of varying size babies, up to 8, in one nest with 4-5 females taking care of them. I have also pulled all pinks at one time with no problems yet.
