Superworm Beetle Breeding pic, plus ?!

I took this picture this morning, when I caught a pair in the act! Hopefully I will see babies soon. It has already been 3 weeks since the worms pupated into beetles and I still dont see any superworm babies :( Does anyone know how long before I should see tiny babies? I am worried the human heating pad I have under the bin might be killing them? It is set to low. My house stays fairly low, around 65-70 so the bin needs added heat. It just seems that the bottom of the bin on the outside is failr warm to the touch! I dont know! It would stink to not produce any babies with all the work it takes to get them into beetles etc!
