:If i use a large tupperware container do i have to cut out the top and put a screen in? Or can i burn holes with ice pick? PINE OR ASPEN?

This is a tub I have two moms in and shift in a male to breed them when I need to. I am drilling more holes in the sides though as when you get a couple litters in there it does get humid...not condensation or anything...but heavy air. It is a 58qt tub btw....so 23X17X12. I have the exact same set up with 8 breeder mice and right now about 50 babies from NB pinks to hoppers and it is fine.
