On a few sites it said to include them (sunflower seeds). The one I finally chose to try and follow was http://www.drgecko.com/insectdiet.htm
I used the ingredients I could find! Ground them, mixed them together then put the worms in it.
Even the ones I took out of the bedding yesterday are still dying, so I dont know? I am thinking they are just reaching old age or something? Some seem fine, others are dying off fast! Makes no sense. If it were my bedding I would have thought after removing them they wouldnt die?
Anyways, the superworms I ordered came in! I think I am going to put them on plain rolled oats for now. I do have some wheat germ and baby rice cereal left and was wondering should I try and put some of that in too? Or just leave them on rolled oats? The baby cereal and wheat germ come from the market pre ground. So it is like a powder.
