I feed roaches to my BD...

But also mix up his diet a bit with superworms and mealworms, since we breed those too. He is now only eating about 10% insects but still loves roach nymphs. He also eats larger adults - he likes the "Crunch"...but I think the nymphs provide more digestible nutrients since the adults have such hard exoskeletons. (e.g. pieces come out undigested when he poops so he can't be totally digesting them...)
