my drive to work in Omaha was 40 min unless I left work exceptionally early and then if I paid no heed to the speed limits I could make it in 25!
Here my truck doesn't even get a chance to warm up before I get to my store. It may be a mile and I have even walked it ; )
It's just the opposite here of course, gas is high, groceries are high, pet food, etc. is high. Houses are reasonable and taxes are nothing. In fact, South Dakota has no state income tax! It cost over $200 to license my truck in Omaha and it was $80 here and that was only because I got vanity plates! LOL!
Since this is OT I better stop lest I get the boot!
