Congrats on the litter!
Check to see which of the females has visible teets. This may help to find out, if the others haven't started feeding the young. Are any of the females overly protective if you try and put your hand near the babies? If yes, then she could be the mother as well.


:Wow wee!!! I've got some rat babies!!!! One problem though. 3 females in the cage, 11 babies I assume only one gave birth. How do I know who's the mother? I'd geuss the dummest one, the babies were under the water bottle and were being trampled by all three adult rats. None of the adults seemed to be taking care of the babies. Who's the mom?
