:I twist the gold knob on top and it slowly pushed in the pin on top of the tank. I got the valve and the hose at the paintball store where I purchased the CO2 tank. I don't know what they are called, but they should be fairly standard equipment, the man didn't have any trouble finding the parts once I got him to understand what I wanted.
