What I normally do is shift the breeding adults out as soon as I see pinheads....or every month so that the size of the hatching babies is all about the same. Ideally you shift, let them breed a few weeks, shift to a new tub and let that one hatch, etc....that way they are all the same ages and sizes. Now that you have them all mixed I have no idea how you are gonna separate them without a mess.
