I think all you people are way too picky about what you feed your snakes. It's not like these things are worth a fortune. I could see feeding top quality rodents to a lusistic burm or something. But a corn snake? C'mon. A mouse is a mouse. Some snakes live on sewer rats. Of course a retired breeder is a good meal for a snake. Any kind of mouse or rat out side of wild-caught is good for snakes. Don't stress it.
