Jack,
I keep my mice in colonies of 1.5. On an average I harvest 10 to 15 mice per week per colony. That's an average and it usually comes in spurts. I'll harvest 20 mice one week and none the next. The best solution to a constant supply is to freeze them. Otherwise you will rarely have the size you want when you want it.
