:Can I then put them in with my adult pair?

I put a weaned 5 week old mouse in with an adult breeding pair. The male mouse got super excited but the little girl didn't really want to have anything to do with him. He got a bit rough, and the next thing I knew, her guts were hanging out.

If they're already eating some, take a good look at their ears. Are they fat and small, or are they like a normal mouse's ears? I was told that you can determine if a mouse can be weaned. If the ears on a baby mouse resemble the ears on an adult mouse, that mouse can be weaned.

I would make sure to give them some uncooked oatmeal or something that is slightly softer than rodent blocks (give them those too), as it will help them to get the idea of eating. And sometimes they need to be taught to drink from the water bottle.
