Please help. I have photos sitting in my account at Angelfire and...

And I can't figure out how to get them from there to the forum. I would like to post several boa pics and a bunch from my trip to Trinidad. There's a nice fella, Derek, to whom I e-mail pics. Then he uploads them into his Angelfire account. and from there to the boa forum. I want to take my uploaded pics and post them in what ever forum is appropriate for the animals in question (boa, tree boa, etc.) . I hate being a pain, and want to learn this process myself. Please be gentle with me, as I am a computer spaz. Also, what is a URL and how is it used? Please, please, please, use basic vocabulary so I can "get it". Thanks!!!
