Red Ear Slider-serious

I have two sliders, one[the little one is fine]. The large one
about as big as my hand,I have a small hand, is really sick,I think he may die, something weird has happened, first he stopped eating and he love to eat, and he has eleminated{spelling}, for about a week, the today I cleaned his pool, it was spotless, I went in to cook dinner and when I came out there was someting in the pool, it was white-cream, about i and a half inches long, about the roundness of a cigarette, it was opened on one end,,closed on the other, the only thing my husband and I could think was -his intestine, This is not a joke, please if anyone has any ideas tell me, I have had him about 5 years.
