Just wanted to let everyone know about our upcoming guest chat with Jodi Aherns (The Ground Gecko Freak) this Thursday.
Jodi is a commercial breeder of reptiles, dealing primarily with Leopard Geckos. Of the 5,000 baby geckos he produced last year 4,700 of them were Leos. Jodi has been busy the last couple of years inbreeding and out-crossing his own Leo colonies in an attempt to create and refine his own tangerine phase. He will be producing some Leos from his own tangerine line this year. However, 2004 and 2005 are the years Jodi says his tangerine line should make its mark as one of the premier lines available. Jodi also works with all three types of albinos and is currently crossing all three types together.
Jodi is also an expert in the field of Leopard Gecko genetics having much experience with albinos and their genetic characteristics. He is sure to be able to shed some light on your questions about your "brown" albino.
