Help ! ...I'm a grandfather

My son's female corn , which we have had for a couple of months , has been off her food for a couple of weeks , and then today ....Eggs (six at the moment).

We have kept snakes for only six months , and are very unsure of what to do next.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
