Black Lizard With Yellow Bloches

out of curiosity i have seen what looks to be a black lizard with
yellow bloches i was under the impression it was called a portuguese lizard/salamander but i cant find any information under this name, i saw it in Portugal. Any information on this animal would be very much appreciated *thanks*
