Hi, I am trying to draft a petition to enable the students at Texas A&M-Commerce to have reptiles and amphibians as pets in the dorms. Currently we are only allowed to have fish. I was wondering if anyone had any advice on how to draft this petition and if anyone knows of any schools who are currently allowing reptiles and amphibians in their residence halls.
