Hi Amanda,
I think Grey Tree Frogs would do fairly well in captivity. Your setup sounds just fine. They need to be kept moist, and have some places to hide. They would also benefit from some branches and leaves since they are tree frogs. Just give them appropriately sized crickets and he should do just fine. We had some problems and were unable to go to Dallas Saturday, so Rick Ott gave a great presentation on feeder insects.
