An update on my lost corn...

The neighbours found him 2-3 weeks later, he was dead on the pavement outside the entrance to my block of flats. 2 floors down.
He looked fine, i mean for a dead snake, just he was dried out in the sun, but no physical damage. Maybe starvation, he wouldn't have eaten for at least 3 weeks.

My other little corn snake is growing rapidly and he's very healthy. Quite happy I think :)

:I bought a little 6 week old baby on Friday - he/she is amazing, full of life, eating well and really adventurous. At least i am 100% sure his housing is secure - I probably wouldn't have been so careful if my 1st snake hadn't escaped. Good luck with your new little one - you never know, the other snake may appear when you least expect it. Just rest assured that it happens to everyone!!
