:When my beardies are out on the loose in the house they usually are in a windowsill or fake plant laying in the pot part with the straw. Also, I occasionally find them laying on the floor behind a chair on a soft shirt (my son throws his shirts behind the chair - go figure :o).
I forgot to zip my reptarium and my beardie walked out a few days ago. Luckily I found him a few minutes later, as they are not good hiders. If there is a good it likes and you can leave that out around the house, it may come out to eat. When my beardie went out, he went to a dark warm place and went to sleep. Look in corners, laundry piles if they are around. If you can, maybe put a heat lamp somewhere so that your beardie could go under it to get warmed up. Of course make sure it can't get burned, but it will probably go to something warm, or some food.
