wierd sinaloan situation

Hi. Im new to this forum. Im 16 years old and have a 2 year old sinaloan milksnake. I was on my way to trade him in for a colombian surinam boa cross and when i got to the store i noticed there was no snake in the bag. I caught a glimpse of his tail. He had climbed under the console between the driver and passenger seats. it is beyond reach unless you have the tools to dissassemble the console. My mom wont let me take part of her car apart for a snake. Iis summer too so the snake wont have any problem reaching heat. Does anyone have any ideas on how to lure him out?
