My cat has found most of my escapees, more....

Every now and then one of my snakes escapes. Usually a young, small one. I have never found one while looking for it. I have learned to observe my cat who will develop an interest in a bookcase, etc. and usually, the escapee is under the piece of furniture that interests my cat.
