Iguana recovery story

I haven't noticed anyone make reference to the most obvious route of recovery. Namely, putting notices in all neighbouring houses' mailboxes. It worked to get my iguana back.
I had a juvenile iguana in the backyard to get some natural sunlight. My adult female was nearby on her leash. She somehow undid the latch on the little guy's cage and..gone!
I put flyers in everyone's mailbox in the area with my number. Also, with the assertion that it was a harmless lizard! Two days later, I was called to go get my iguana. He was caught eating in a vegetable garden four houses down.
They were happy to get rid of the raider :]
