Found him tonight! I was watching a moive and my dog started going nuts at the window. The blinds were closed and there was a weird buzzing noise comeing from them. I go look and there he is! My guess is he crawled into the ducts and when we turned the AC on today he crawled out and looked for a new place to hide and stay warm.
