I lost my 4 foot snow corn last November. I had almost given up hope, when Monday I went to put a load of laundry in my washing machine and who was stretched across the back of it? Alexander, I was so elated I thought I would just explode.
I think the warm weather we had last week, helped encourage him to come out. I also raise my own rice and rats and one cage I allowed to get a little smelly, this may have also helped.
I have heard that if they can smell a mouse cage it will draw them out. Try putting a basking light close by.
