I cant even count how many times I have lost my corn. I have found her everytime too. She goes to the exact same place, under my bed hiding in my tent or in the closet.... But here's a good story the first time she escaped.
It was one of those days at school and nothing was going right. The bus ride home was long and drug out and the walk home was hot. (Live in AZ) Then when I get home I thought I would go and hold my baby corn that i got last year on New Years Eve. Come to find out my little sister opened the cage while I was gone. I was totally freaking out looking all over for her. It was 3 days before I heard my mom walk into my room and freak. She saw my snakes's head poke out from behind the wooden backig on my old dresser. It took me an hour to take apart and put together that old thing. But, it was worth it. I had a smile ear to ear that day. She has gotten smart on opening her cage but, I don't think she can anymore. I put a latch on it and she has a bigger cage. She's a good snake. If you are curios what she is, she is a normal corn with a het for lavender. She's my pride and joy.
