Run Away Box Turtle in CT.

Location: Farmington Valley Area in Connecticut
Species: Eastern Box Turtle (Terrepene Carolina, Carolina)
Sex: Male, hence his red eyes
Turtle Name: Claude, beloved mate of Thelma(a 3-toed box turle)
Escape Date: August 2001

My sister was "turtle sitting" for me while I was overseas. She cleverly created a temporary and unstable pen for him out in the back yard and he simply escaped into the woods, never to be found since. If you have him please e.mail me! My box turtle "family" is incomplete without him.
