also put some plants under the heat lamp and a little water, dont worry he will be fine :), i found my 11 inch milk snake in one night!!
: boost the heat in that part of the room, and make sure there's a place for him to come and bask. Perhaps a heatrock. Mine always come back to the heat source. :)

: : My dog bumped my desk, and knocked the top off of my anole, cage.(when i say bump, i mean ran into if , hard) both of them escaped. I left the light on, figuring that they will go to the heat right? ( they are lost in my basement, so it is pretty cool down there for a herp,60, without their heat light)) Well, one came back:)), it was the female, smart girl. she is safely back in her cage. but the male is still missing. I even left a bowl of mealworm down there so at least he would have food while i find him. He has been missing sence the 3rd. hope i find him :(
