In Reply to: And the weather forecast for the next few days on ks.com is: posted by WW on October 27, 2002 at 12:19:10:

:An initial wave of blustery winds from long-lost friends such as W. Hawke, Pete Brammell, Bernard Frome, Jim Paull and other long-lost friends asking for more information on this brilliantly described new taxon.

:A hot air front will then appear over the horizon, in which Ray Hoser will post the URL and advertise his description at nauseam "by popular demand", while claiming that he has no interest in kingsnake.com whatsoever and had intended never to post here again, but is now doing so solely for the sake of the oppressed majority who dare not ask for truthful information due to the baseless and unfounded attacks and misinformation by DW and WW.

:This will be followed by a hailstorm of guffaws from various quarters, followed by the warm rain of anyone with any understanding of taxonomy p*$$ing on Ray's latest effort.

:After the passing of a dense fogbank of irrelevant arguments, tangents and distractions from Ray, there will follow a thunderstorm of personal accusations, slanders, comparisons of penis size and other choice ad-hominem invective from the aforementioned Mr. Hoser, subsequent to which the latter will then depart in a tornado of self-righteous indignation, claiming that he is too busy looking at snakes to get involved with trivia such as kingsnake.com or arguing with DW and WW who have never even looked at a snake, and calm will finally return to the forum, until the next person asks a question about venomoids.

:[Close curtain]
:[Audience breathes sigh of relief]

:It's all very predictable, and really quite boring, as we've seen it all before and probably don't want to see it again. I therefore suggest to everybody that we just ignore this thread, and hopefully, starved of the oxygen of publicity, it will die the death by suffocation it so richly deserves.

:Cheers,

:Wolfgang
