Help Needed With Research Project

My daughter has been trying to find info on "Iguana Farming" in Central and South America. She has been unable to find any websites or written material in periodicals or books on this topic. If anyone could refer us to more info, it would be a big help. She is preparing a research paper on "alternative" meat sources, in view of the mad cow disease scare, etc. Thanks for reading and for your help.
