live pet food nutritional value

Hey there everyone...my friend and I are writing a paper for school and require some information on the nutritional value of live pet food vs frozen, dried, or commercially made food. We basically want to know why is live a better source of nutrition for pets (yes, supplements are needed too). If anyone has web sites to assist us, that would be great!
