I just saw something pretty messed up on the Martha Stewart show, on Wednesday October 27. There is this pet "expert"
Marc Morrone on there, and he was showing the proper way to set up a reptile vivarium. Well, what he did was anything but
proper. He set the 20 gallon glass aquarium with pothos, driftwood, etc., with wood shavings on the bottom. He then put in 4
or 5 "dwarf chameleons", which I think were actually juvenile Veiled's, multiple males. He then put in about 3-4 Leopard
Geckos, 2-3 Asian vine Skinks, and a whole bunch (10+) of Green Anoles. So, there were probably about 20 reptiles
crammed into this small 20 gallon tank. That is pretty messed up that this so called "expert" is spouting out such incorrect
information to such a large audience. Everyone who agrees with me and thinks this is a travesty, e-mail Marc Morrone at
Petxperts2@aol.com and the Martha Stewart Show at
http://www.marthastewart.com/television/ask_martha/askmartha_form.asp or call (212) 827-8000 to speak your mind!
