baby timbers

I am seeking help from someone with experience. I had a timbe give birth to 19 young on Septemnber 18. What do I do? Do I hibvernate them for a month or so? How cool? Do I try to keep them up with heat tape and Artificial light? I appreciate any help frm someone who has had experience. Thanks
