I have just started a large reptile project at the High school were I teach.
Try to secure the suppor t of your building administrater.

Second, establish what you want the club to focus on and what animals will you be trying to keep.

Lastly, research all of the animals you plan on working with and make sure that you will have adequate space and resources to feed and maintain all of your animals.
