HELP! PLEASE!

Can someone please tell me what to do. I currently have 1 male Eastern Water Dragon, who is less than a year old. His body is about 3 inches long. I had another one with him (male also) that is the same age and the same size, three days ago he died. So I am left with one. The day he died he had crusty eyes, but eat a little bid. My remaining one is starting to open his mouth and pant, he eats well, but he sometimes keeps his head flat on the ground, as if he can't hold his head up. What should I do to save this last one? Please help me!
