supplements: which ones & how often?

Currently I use Herptivite mixed with a Calcium/D3 powder & I dust my crickets/mealworms every other feeding, which is what most people have advised me to do... is this ok? My dragons are not growing very fast, I want them to eventually be HUGE! What does everyone else use & do?
