I am not completely sure what I will use but my current idea is to build a plywood box, seal it, cover it with a thin layer of some type of concrete or plaster, and seal that. I want to use about half of the bottom so the pond would be about 36 inches long and 30 inches wide. I'm not sure how deep yet.
