I have the same kind of cage. Yes it can be dismantled if need be, but when reassembling, be prepared to get new fasteners, brackets, etc. You may need Bondo to fill in the holes from the screws. If the wood itself is damaged from water, you will also need Wood hardener to give the Bondo something to stick to. You will definitely have to get thicker screws than the ones they shipped you. Stainless or brass flat head wood screws will work the best as they do not rust. You may need to get slightly larger mending plates and L brackets than the ones they shipped you. If you can not get stainless or brass, get Galvanized for the bottom as that has more of a chance of getting wet. Water and regular screws do not mix. I think in my case, the fasteners and the wood are fused. I personally would get T plates for the strip of wood in the back between the two panels.
