I've collected most of the Animal Control laws regarding herps in Tarrant & Dallas counties. Unfortunately I know nothing concerning Denton County. If you live in an unicorporated area of teh county you've nothing to worry about. But if you live w/in a town or city, you want to contact the Animal Control office regarding this matter. Although most ACOs don't act unless there is a complaint, you're still better off knowing what the rules are. IF you find out, please share them with me.
