I'm afraid it's probably past tiger salamander season to get them the easiest way -- from a local bait store.

Bait stores generally carry larval Ambystoma tigrinum and market them under the name "water dawgs". Spring seems to be optimal time to find them in bait stores.

Failing that, one could drive the roads at night during a good rain storm.
