I hate to tell you this, but the roundup doesn't sell snakes to individuals like you're thinking. They kill all of them.
Also, if they would sell to you, you don't want to become another source of income for the roundup people. The more money that can be made, the more they'll be out there the next year gassing and collecting. There's no way to rescue the snakes by buying them. Sorry.
