Skunks...

Anyone know of any repellent type usages for skunks? Lat night while walking the property found a skunk right inside one of the animal pens near the barn. Main place i want to keep them away from is around the house. I know its impractical to say I want to keep the skunks away off the entire property but atleast near where the house is. House is fenced in but has some holes in the wire that will be mended but any other ideas?
