Just to make sure everyone is clear on the meeting date, it's Feb. 19 at 7:00pm. I had heard there was some confusion about whether it was 2nd or 3rd Sat. (it's the 3rd).
Also, we will again be using the Texas Parks & Wildlife education office at the south end of Robinson Road in Grand Prairie, near Joe Pool Lake. From I-20, take Carrier Pkwy. south to Polo, turn west to Robinson, and then turn south and go ALL THE WAY to the dead end. The TP&W office is on the left.
This month we are lucky to have Toby Hibbitts, who will talk about the natural history of garter and water snakes, including some unusual and endangered animals. It's gonna be great!
