Well, today's meeting with the Residence Halls Association was a big fat waste of time. All I got accomplished was getting everyone familiarized with the petition. There were a couple of questions, but none that were of any severity. The only good question that was asked was where will the cages be cleaned and I told them how I cleaned my tank and that it is as simple as cleaning a fish tank as far as where you do it, you just have to use the correct soaps and clean up thouroughly after yourself. The only other opinion that was put out on the table was that whether or not you would be bringing a reptile to live with you would have to be included on the housing appplication. This concern was for mothers who did not want their child living with someone who had a reptile. That concern is easily vanquished because a resident has every right to move change roommates/rooms at any time after the first week of school. That's pretty much all that was said. Since noone else had any questions/concers/opinins, the subject was pretty much dropped there. They didn't offer to help nor did they day they disapproved. Noone had any opinion whatsoever. So I guess I'm back to being on my own. Which means, that I will most likely have to carry this project on over into the next semester because of finals being so close. But we will see what happens, maybe I can set up a meeting with the housing director before school gets out to talk things over. I am hoping that will be the next step. So keep crossing your fingers guys. We're gonna make it, just a little slower than originally planned.

Maggie ~:)
