Dr. Ford has a savannah monitor that someone picked up for him at an abondoned apartment a few months back. He told me he's been trying everything to get it to eat, even tube feeding, but it just throws it all back up or refuses to eat at all. The monitor forum told me to suggest to him that he should contact the local herp society, and I thought of this one. I thought I'd ask you guys first, and tell me what you think I should tell him. Anyway, the forum said to find someone experienced in halfway housing monitors. And that vets are great for treating illness, but somtimes you really need a person who knows the animal to resolve feeding problems. Does this mean he should sell it?? Or just ask for advice, help?

Thanks a bunch,
-Rachel
