Hi there, here is a picture of a large pectinata I took a picture of on Boca Grande in Florida in March. I think it should answer your question.

Carole

:I just saw a beatiful picture on the classifieds of a small/medium sized c. pectinata. She is a gorgeous green. I know c. similis and c. pectinata aswell as others have green babies that later turn dark. My question is do female c.pectinata stay green? The add states the females stay a green color. My c. similis was smaller when I bought it, and it was already brown and black.
